LATEST VIDEO!
Oct - NOV 2026 Updates
Songs associated with the EP “Lore” have moved to an alternative distributor, others to follow. There will likely be some lag between clearing the path of the old for the new. Please have patence during this time, that is much appreciated!
For sure doing a two EP release for the 2027 schedule. Wrangling the finishing touches on the first one now. Includes 6 songs and artwork is more or less complete. I'd like to get some prints beforehand, but cash is not a disposable asset at the moment.
2nd EP has the songs instrumental stuff written, some lyrics, some ready for polish. A mismatch currently.
Suits is out now for all streaming. The music video was late due to the distribution drama going on, hence why I'm switching. The other Vevo vids may drop at some point and repost on YouTube…haven't finalized that yet.
Andone releases mid-late November and I don't have a video for that right now, and maybe not at all. Feel free to let me know how you feel about that either in the Suits video or drop a message to Matt here at NominalAnomaly.com!

Swamp is a snapshot in time when abrupt change required much self-reflection, and limited sleep. Prior releases focused on the outside world and in fantasies, this work returns to the self, and even captures the lyrical writing of a 20 year old now in the vessel approaching a half century.
Swamp starts out somewhat whimsical with the opening track, Headcold, and circles around for the closer, Andone. What's in between is the tug of war between the silly stupor of tiredness, and the grip with maintaining sanity as the value of self had to be questioned.
Musically, the tracks are generally laced with a dose of heavy aggressiveness, all in a matter of driving the songs along. A groove cements the way, allowing tracks to form melodies for a well rounded core of listeners.

Empire is a journey away from home, venturing into the depths unknown, discovering different beings and cultures, finding they are not much different then ourselves. Their struggles are our struggles, and in the end, we find the enemy at the gates may warrant our destruction, but we ourselves were the rot deep within that led to societal collapse.
